    2. Defective or Incorrect Items

    If the delivered product is defective or differs from what you ordered, we guarantee a 100% refund or exchange.

    • Benefits: By Natures™ will cover all return shipping costs in these cases.

    3. Refund Process

    Refunds will be processed once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection.

    4. Non-Returnable Items
